Visit Arka details

The Visit Arka form collects the selected experience type, parent’s name and mobile number, child’s name and date of birth, locality, preferred date, expected joining window, what matters most to the family, and the consent choices made on the form.

Who should submit child details

Child details should be submitted by the child’s parent or lawful guardian, or by a person authorised by them to provide the information for this enquiry.

Why Arka uses the information

• To respond to and personally confirm the requested Weekday Morning Visit or Saturday Open Morning.
• To help the Centre Head prepare for a relevant conversation.
• To understand which outreach or referral brought a family to Arka.

Contact and optional updates are separate

Contact consent is required so Arka can respond to the Visit Arka request. Admissions, seasonal or parent updates use a separate optional consent choice.

Child images

A Visit Arka request or enquiry does not itself grant permission to photograph, publish or use a child’s image. Child-image permissions are governed separately.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only for legitimate admissions, relationship and operational purposes and applicable legal obligations. Arka does not sell enquiry information to advertisers.

Arka does not upload parent or child identity data to advertising platforms, and enrolled-child operational information does not enter Growth analytics.

Your choices

You may ask Arka to correct contact information, stop optional communications or discuss deletion where there is no continuing legal or operational need to retain the information.
